LIST SAMPLER / NO SIGN-UP

A clean sample.
A clear method.

Draw from a list, preserve or remove duplicates, and choose whether entries can return.

Start with your list

Blank lines are ignored. Surrounding spaces are trimmed. Up to 10,000 entries, 200 characters each.

Make the selection

Each input row can be selected at most once. Duplicate labels can still appear if kept as separate rows.

Your selection will appear below.

Browser-generated pseudorandom selections. Not intended for security, regulated draws, or audited selection processes.

    A row is an entry

If “Maple” appears three times and you keep duplicates, it gets three chances. Deduplicating exact labels gives “Maple” one chance. Capitalization matters: “MAPLE” stays separate.

    Can an entry come back?

Without replacement fits a one-time subset or randomized order. With replacement lets the same row recur and is useful for exploring repeated independent draws.

    Three ways to begin

Try a reading-list shuffle, an inventory spot-check, or a replacement experiment. Keep your source list and method alongside exported results.
